Your Customer Returns

If your customer returns an Ananda Food product and requests a refund on their purchase, contact Ananda Food at 02 4966 3736 or info@anandafood.com to request a credit. Ananda Food does not issue refunds. A credit for the amount of the wholesale price you paid for the product will be credited to your next Ananda Food order.

Refund and Exchange policy

All due care is taken by Ananda Food to ensure your delivery is received in good working order. If your goods have become damaged in transit, please refuse acceptance of the delivery and immediately contact info@anandafood.com. If the goods have not been rejected at the time of delivery they may be returned to Ananda Food at your cost for a full replacement. Ananda Food is not liable to replace damaged goods if packaging protection was refused by the consumer (box and/or insurance). For more information contact info@anandafood.com.

Anti-Diversion Policy

By accepting Ananda Food products, you agree to sell Ananda Food products exclusively to your customers, and you will not intentionally sell, divert or redistribute to unauthorised retailers, brokers or distributors. You further agree not to sell any Ananda Food products on any online retail or e-commerce platform, including but not limited to Amazon and eBay.

Delivery Timeframe

1-14 business days within Australia from the date of invoice creation.

PCI Compliance and Credit Card Safety

Ananda Food Pty Ltd is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ. We do not store credit card information on our website or web servers. And we have installed and maintain a highly secure online environment for the information we do handle.

Promotions

From time to time Ananda Food may, at their discretion advertise promotional codes or run a promotion for new or existing customers.

To be entitled to the promotional offer, you are subject to and must meet the eligibility criteria as set out by Ananda Food at the time of the offer.

If the offer/promotion is a Discount Code, you must enter the Discount Code at the checkout prior to your confirmation of payment. If you forget to enter the promotional code or fail to enter it correctly, you will not be entitled to the promotional offer and Ananda Food is not liable to issue refunds in this instance.

Limited Availability - All discounts and promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. Any purchases made outside of the specified timeframe determined by Ananda Food will be deemed ineligible. In the instance where a time frame is not specified, the promotion will end when the relevant promotion is no longer advertised on the Website or the products becomes out of stock or Ananda Food withdraws the offer.

Discount Codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless express permission is given by Ananda Food. They must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after a purchase has been made.

Cancellation of Discount Code – Ananda Food reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any Discount Code at any time for any reason without notice.

Direct Website Purchases - Discount Codes may only be redeemed through the Website and not through any other website or method of communication.
