Yellow Hemp Smoothie



Ingredients
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 banana
1 mango
1 tsp macca powder
½ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
400ml rice or almond milk
Raspberries and flaked coconut
Serves
2 people







Directions
Conventional
- Place all ingredients into blender, blitzer or bullet and blend on high for 30 – 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Top with raspberries and coconut.
Thermomix
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 35 sec / speed 8 or until smooth.
- Top with raspberries and coconut.
Notes
Freeze fruit the night before for a colder smoothie.
