Recipe - Avocado and Hemp on Ciabatta
1 avocado, seed and skin removed
2 slices of organic whole grain ciabatta
1-2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp hempseed oil
Salt and pepper, optional
Fresh sliced chilli, optional
1 person or 2 slices
- Brush ciabatta with hempseed oil and toast under grill until golden.
- Thinly slice the avocado flesh and spread evenly over the 2 slices of ciabatta.
- Place the sliced radishes on top of the avocado and sprinkle with hemp seeds and chilli, if using.
- Finally season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a splash of hempseed oil.
For a tasty gluten-free option, serve avocado on a grilled field mushroom.
