Avocado and Hemp on Ciabatta

Ingredients

1 avocado, seed and skin removed

2 slices of organic whole grain ciabatta

1-2 radishes, thinly sliced

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp hempseed oil

Salt and pepper, optional

Fresh sliced chilli, optional

Serves

1 person or 2 slices

Directions

Conventional

  1. Brush ciabatta with hempseed oil and toast under grill until golden.
  2. Thinly slice the avocado flesh and spread evenly over the 2 slices of ciabatta.
  3. Place the sliced radishes on top of the avocado and sprinkle with hemp seeds and chilli, if using.
  4. Finally season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a splash of hempseed oil.

Notes

For a tasty gluten-free option, serve avocado on a grilled field mushroom.
